DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Delivery

Kids Toys (Malaysia) goal is to make our customer happy! At Kids Toys we try to ship orders on the "same day" if received before 1:00pm. The shipping time within Peninsular Malaysia is estimated to be between two to three days and three to five days for Sabah and Sarawak.

We offer a selection of local shipping companies, as we feel that some customers may have a preference of one carrier over another. If a shipping preference is desired, please inform Kids Toys by using the comment box in the order process. Kids Toys shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, cost, expenses or charges arising out of late delivery. If you are unable to accept delivery or collection, please follow the instructions from the delivery service. They should be able to either arrange for re-delivery or pick up from the carrier. Should you have a missing item/parts or any defect with your merchandise, kindly refer to our FAQ and contact our Customer Care department.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions :

1) Change of mind! If you decide to change your mind and would like to return your merchandise, we would be more than happy for an exchange or a refund, provided :

* It is within 14 working days from delivery date

* Proof of purchase (order number, bank statement, delivery note)

* Merchandise should be in its ‘original packaging’, undamaged along with all the neccesary accessories

* Merchandise must not be used or installed

* Sealed must not be broken

We will issue refund in the form of Kids Toys ‘Store Credit Vouchers’. We can only offer exchange for items of the same value/price. If there is a price difference, you will need to return the original item and place a new order by using your ‘Store Credit Voucher’. All exchange and refund will be processed within 24 - 48 hours from the date of receipt. The new item will be send back to you according to our standard delivery time.
